Cycling Clinic Lead by Ed

Such a wonderful couple of days working with UW grad students at our Adaptive Cycling Center. We held 4 clinics lead by Executive Director Ed Bronsdon and were able to connect with roughly 60 aspiring teachers. Together we explored the wide world of adaptive equipment and the ins and outs of better serving our community. Thank you to Lori Dunn, Physical Education and Health Literacy Program Manager of Seattle Public Schools for facilitating this event and for allowing us to help be a part of this journey as these students prepare to student teach this fall.

“I learned a lot and I have great joy in sharing the importance of equity, education, and recreation for kids with and without disabilities. These graduate students are going to be fantastic teachers because they share these same values” -Executive Director Ed Bronsdon
