To our volunteers, thank you for the time, energy, and heart you give to Outdoors for All. This winter season alone, 466 individual volunteers supported 12 programs across two mountain resorts, contributing an incredible 11,421 total volunteer hours. Your dedication makes inclusive outdoor recreation possible.

The Trailblazer Award Presented to Matt Kostle. This award recognizes a volunteer who leads with vision, initiative, and mentorship to shape the future of Outdoors for All. Matt’s leadership has driven the growth of our Nordic sit ski program through advocacy, attention to well-fitted gear, and a steadfast commitment to excellence, inclusion, and lasting impact.
Spirit of Community Award Presented to Kyle Jefferies. This award honors a volunteer who brings warmth, inclusivity, and a strong sense of community to every interaction. Whether offering encouragement on the snow, mentoring new volunteers, or supporting the development of adaptive equipment, Kyle consistently creates a welcoming environment where people feel seen, supported, and included.
Service in Action Award Presented to Tiina Elderkin Dodd. This award recognizes a volunteer who goes above and beyond to support participants directly, removing barriers and empowering people of all abilities to recreate with confidence. Tiina is a dedicated Nordic volunteer whose thoughtful instruction and patient encouragement have helped participants build skills, confidence, and joy on the trails. Her commitment exemplifies what service looks like in action.
