Staff Members
Our programs and operations are managed by 23 full and part time staff, supported by over 850 volunteers each year. Our team has a strong collective knowledge built on years of experience in the industry, including certified Recreation Therapists on staff to provide specialized programs for our participants.
Clark Halvorson
Clark joined Outdoors for All in 2024, bringing with him a profound love for the outdoors that has shaped his life and relationships. He believes in the power of collaboration between the public, private, and non-profit sectors to drive innovation and enhance service delivery for diverse communities. With a strong focus on promoting outdoor physical activity for its health benefits and mental rejuvenation, Clark is committed to making outdoor experiences accessible to everyone, particularly those facing barriers.
Connor Inslee
Connor is a lifelong resident of the Northwest and enjoys all the outdoors opportunities it has to offer. Growing up in Central Washington he spent his youth playing outside and decided to make a career of it. With over 25 years in the outdoor recreation industry Connor still (occasionally) gets out to support outdoor recreation experiences when not stuck to a desk. Current favorite activities include epic bike rides with his daughter (4) and son (1), stopping frequently for baked goods and early morning rows on Lake Washington.
Marissa Bower
Marissa is originally from San Diego but grew up in the Seattle area. She is the Events & Marketing Director at Outdoors for All and has been with the organization 4.5 years. Her focus is on fundraisers, sponsorship, and the organization’s branding and marketing efforts. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, attending sporting events (go dawgs!), and walking the trail.
McKenzie Click
McKenzie was born and raised in the northwest and has always loved the outdoors! She is the Program Director at Outdoors for All and is responsible for supporting the program team, making programmatic decisions for the organization, and building relationships with community partners. She started with Outdoors for All in 2016 as a camp counselor and has continued to find her way back throughout the years. She managed day camps and has worked on the group programs team as a coordinator. McKenzie loves to travel, ski, ride bikes and play pickleball in her free time! In the summer months, she loves to be on the water, either sailing, paddleboarding, or swimming.
Amy Schaller
Amy is a Seattle native. She is the Donor Relations Manager at Outdoors for All and focuses on building relationships and stewardship. In her free time, Amy enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time with her toy aussie and six-year-old daughter.
Britt Farrell
Brittany is our day camp program manager. She enjoys skiing and snowboarding in the winter, as well as water activities in the summer. Brittany enjoys sharing her passion for the outdoors with campers and is constantly discovering new ways to get everyone outside and having fun.
Griffin Armour
Griffin was born and raised in the Seattle area but has spent several years living in South America. He is the Development Manager at Outdoors for All and focuses his time on growing individual and grant contributions to the organization. Some random things he loves include skiing, the Talking Heads, chess, Mount Rainier National Park, and the films of Ingmar Bergman. Griffin takes great pride in contributing to an organization that makes a profound difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
Rebecca Allen
Rebecca is our summer intern! She is originally from Austin, Texas, but has lived in Idaho for the last 4 years. She was first introduced to adaptive recreation while studying at Brigham Young University – Idaho. She recently graduated with her Bachelor’s in Therapeutic Recreation. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys reading, spending time with friends, and sipping on a cold Diet Dr Pepper.
Ryan McKillop
Ryan is a native of Washington and has grown up in the Edmonds area. He is the operations and equipment coordinator for Outdoors for All and is coming up on his 6th year. He started his career as a summer seasonal hire in the Adaptive Cycling Center and fell deeply into facilitating the wants/desires of those with special needs. Ryan has stepped in to deliver cross-country, snowboarding, and mountain biking programs however his general focus is on product management to support the entire team, as well as staff training. In his free time, he is devoted to his Family, snow sports, water sports, motorsports, cycling, and hiking.
Renee Manning
Renee grew up in Arizona but has spent the last 30+ years in the Pacific NW. She is the Accounting Coordinator and has been with the organization for 9 years. In her free time, she enjoys walking the trails and parks in the Seattle area with her family and dogs.
Megan Bullard
Megan grew up in Seattle and recently moved back after attending Western Washington University for Public Health in Bellingham. She worked up there teaching kayaking and sailing, where she was introduced to adaptive recreation and became passionate about making the outdoors accessible for everyone. Megan recently joined Outdoors for All as a Program Coordinator, you can find her working at a wide variety of programs, including biking, skiing, and kayaking! In her free time, she enjoys going to live music, cooking, and doing anything involving getting on the water, especially checking out marine life- her favorite animal to spot is a seal!
Laurel Howe
Laurel, a Program Coordinator, grew up in Southwest Idaho. She has a degree in Community and International Development and Special Education from the University of Vermont. She moved up to the PNW and started with the organization in the fall of 2022, but has been involved with adaptive recreation since 2019. Laurel is passionate about sharing the outdoor activities she loves with others and making them more accessible and inclusive to all. When Laurel is not working, you can usually find her in the mountains with her binoculars running and skiing, or at home baking and attempting to learn more about gardening.
Emma Works
Emma is originally from Spokane Washington and moved to the Seattle area 3 years ago. They are a Program Coordinator and CTRS at Outdoors for All and have been with the organization for 1.5 years. Their focus is on program delivery all year round and instructing or assisting in various adaptive sports. In their free time, they enjoy skiing with friends, backpacking during the summer season, and a good cup of coffee.
Emily Vonderharr
Although she has Michigan and Texas roots, Emily found her home in Seattle. Emily is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and brings her passion for outdoor recreation to Seattle’s youth as the Let’s Go Program Coordinator. Through bike lessons and outdoor programs, she empowers individuals to explore, challenge themselves, and connect with nature. Climbing mountains (both literally and figuratively) is her jam, and when not inspiring young adventurers, you’ll find her seeking her next outdoor thrill.
Elena Torry-Schrag
Elena grew up outside Portland, Oregon, but has called Seattle home for the last 4.5 years. She joined Outdoors for All as the Program Coordinator for Day Camps in January 2024 and loves planning fun activities for camps and helping support campers achieve their goals. In her free time, Elena enjoys riding her bike all over the city, kayaking, watching women’s soccer games, and spending time with family and friends.
Tim Nagel
Tim is fueled by a deep passion for expanding the realm of outdoor recreation and sports for individuals with disabilities. Living with a physical disability has served as a catalyst for Tim to explore numerous opportunities. In his free time, he likes to ski, mountain bike, paddleboard, camp, and travel. Tim is enthusiastic about continuing to make a meaningful impact in the local PNW community.
Taylor Moseley
Taylor moved to Seattle from Atlanta in 2015 and has been around Outdoors for All since 2017. He is our cycling program manager and loves all things bike, so you can usually find him wrenching on our adaptive bikes, enjoying rides with participants, or planning the next ride. When not on his bike, Taylor likes to paddle, fish, hike, and travel. He also plays the drums with his funky-southern-rock band called “The Prospectors.”
Jennifer Stanton
Jennifer is a local Seattleite but has traveled, lived, and worked across the globe. In joining Outdoors for All, she brings a background in learning design and adult development. As Group Programs manager, she organizes positive community experiences in adaptive recreation for all ages and life journeys. Outside of work, you’ll most often find her kayaking the Salish Sea, baking bread, or playing guitar on the back porch.
Hannah Taylor
Our Administrative Manager Hannah was born and raised in Puyallup Washington but attended college in Portland Oregon. With two years of dedicated service at Outdoors for All, Hannah is the driving force behind our daily operations and program registration. Rumor has it, that she and her coworkers share a 2 pm caramel during their well-deserved breaks. When not working, you can find Hannah out fishing on her kayak or at home crocheting for her friends and family.
Grace Cruikshank
Grace is originally from Minnesota and recently moved to Seattle after graduating from the University of Utah with a degree in Recreational Therapy. She started working for Outdoors for All in July 2024 as a Program Coordinator. In this role she mainly coordinates events for our group programs. In her free time, she enjoys running, skiing, playing hockey, and hiking.
Wendy Moore
Wendy is an Army Brat that was born in Verdun France and lived in various places including Tehran, Iran before settling down in the Seattle area. She is the Finance Director at Outdoors for All, joining the organization in August of 2024. Her focus is all the financial activities of the organization. In her free time, Wendy enjoys spending time with her adult children and her mom including traveling near and far and pursuing adaptive recreation adventures for her son.
Jacia Schoenfelder
Jacia is a lifelong midwesterner from a small town in South Dakota. Her and her husband are in the process of moving to Washington to pursue their dream of living somewhere not so flat and windy. Her role as Senior Accountant is to help organize, implement, and manage accounting systems as well as assist with the month-end and year-end financial close process. When she’s not working, her three favorite ways to explore the world are through traveling, eating, and hiking. She also enjoys playing board and card games with family and friends, and cuddling up to her two cats at the end of a long day.
