We are thrilled to announce Connor Inslee as our new Executive Director. Connor is a familiar face to many having previously served as our Associate Executive Director and currently as Vice President of Program Delivery and Administration. With 15 years of dedicated leadership at Outdoors for All, Connor embodies a deep commitment to our mission and has earned immense respect within our community. His extensive experience and passion for inclusive outdoor recreation make him the perfect choice to lead us into the future.
Connor brings over 25 years of experience in outdoor recreation to his role at Outdoors for All. Starting as an adaptive ski instructor, he has cultivated extensive expertise in adaptive recreation and non-profit leadership. Based in Seattle with his wife and two young children, Annie (5) and Nolan (2), Connor enjoys spending his personal time biking with his family and spending time on snow whenever he gets the chance. Passionate about Outdoors for All’s mission, he is excited to support the organization’s growth and expand access to adaptive recreation as it embarks on this new chapter.
