WILL NICCOLLS
Will Niccolls is a lifelong Seattle resident with a passion for the outdoors. Born in Seattle Will spent his summers swimming, water skiing, sailing and boating at a small family cabin near Belfair on the Hood Canal. He also has extensive hiking and camping experience in the Olympic National Park; completing his first overnight hike to Lena Lake when he was 11 years old and summiting his first peak, Mt. Eleanor the following summer. Will has also spent a week cross-country skiing and snow camping across the Madison Plateau in Yellowstone National Park, an experience he will share with you...just ask!
When Will is not recreating outdoors he is one of the five nationally certified soccer referees in the state of Washington. Beginning his referee career in 1991, Will currently referees the top youth and high school games, NCAA college soccer and the Sounders professional soccer team. Will has traveled to referee soccer in 18 different states, including four trips to the state championships in Alaska, to Phoenix for the national youth finals in 1998, five trips to the NCAA championship tournament and a two week international trip to referee six games in Costa Rica.
Will also referees local high school basketball, is a certified PADI scuba diver, a member of Rotary International, holds a position on the Board of Directors of the Seattle Soccer Referee Association, is an active in the College of William and Mary alumni society, and a member of the Northwest Development Officers Association.
