Outdoors for All Foundation: Letter from Executive Director

Outdoors for All board members and staff members have worked this past year to update our goals and aspirations for the organization. We’ve updated our Long Range Plan and established a new (draft) Strategic Plan. The 2009-2012 Strategic Plan documents our goals and objectives for the next three years and describes how we will pursue them plus who is responsible for that work.

Both of these documents are available for review and comments are welcome. In particular, the strategic plan is assumed to be a more dynamic working document that will evolve more over the coming months. It is anticipated that the strategic plan will be updated at least annually.

We would be remiss if we did not acknowledge the leadership of the Planning Committee Co-chairs Frank McCaslin and Arleen Hiuga, and also 2009 Board President Matt Cryan. Their work was instrumental in helping us achieve these updated plans. Also deserving recognition are the other members of the committee: board members Tom Grow, Nelson Jay and Vincent Pickering; and staff Gail Loveland, Susan Rucker, Will Niccolls and Ed Bronsdon.
